I have also failed as a coach, making errors in prep, meet day readiness, and communication. I have been been fortunate enough to not only get through these setbacks but also having the privilege of learning from them. Everyone will make mistakes but something I pride myself on is making sure that particular mistake is only made once. I do not dwell on my failures or yours, I use it as data, learn from it, push forward. My name is Moe, I have been coaching for almost 4 years. My objective as a coach is to not only guide you to becoming the strongest version of yourself in the gym but also help you have confidence behind what you are doing in training by giving you reason for all things training, technique, and more.”
