Q&A Session: Time for you to ask questions and express any concerns you may have about the training process.

This service is designed to deepen your understanding of powerlifting coaching and equip you with the skills to confidently coach lifters of any size, background, and experience level, for any duration. You will learn the fundamentals of strength training, program design, advanced programming strategies, injury and pain management, effective athlete-coach communication, and personal development and branding. Additionally, you can use your calls as dedicated Q&A sessions to address your specific needs.
